Abstract

|
In order to develop a model of Drug Use Evaluation(DUE) which is useful in clinical setting and to evaluate the quality of the current antipsychotic medication, this retrospective DUE study on antipsychotics was performed by reviewing the charts
of
psychiatric patients. The subjects consisted of 103 psychiatric patients who previously were admitted for the first time and 80 outpatients who were qiven antipsychotic agents firstly and have received follow-up treatment in Seoul National
University
Hospital. The DUE criteria of antipaychotic medication used in this study was the modified form of those of Western Missouri Mental Health Center(WMMHC).
